Connected with multiple devices
Have you paired your pods to more than one device (several phones, a tablet, or a computer)?
If so, it is possible that the disconnection issues are caused because the pods are trying to reconnect on these other devices simultaneously.
By removing your pods from other paired devices, the frequency of disconnections should decrease significantly.
