- Is only one pod emitting sound?
- Is the sound uneven between your pods?
- Are the pods volume lower/weaker than normal?
- Do you hear sound distortion?
These glitches are probably caused by a connection problem.
A reset of your pods can solve this issue most of the time.
We also recommend trying the same pair of pods on a different phone, as sometimes the sound issues are caused by a compatibility issue with your phone, and not with the pods. Make sure you have the latest update for iOS or Android. If you are using Android, it is best not to use custom programs and/or apps that change the essential settings of your phone.
